This is a traditional Korean drum that measures approx 42 x 48 cm. I do not have the weight of it but Janggus are known to be lightweight drums that weigh about 2-3+kg. It will come with a faux leather carrying case and drumsticks. The merchant will package it for flight and send it to your place of accommodation within Korea.
